Tarif

• 80 € payable at the entry of the site

• Free for children under 16

Admission requirements

• Any american motorcycle before 1956

• Any exceptional motorcycle (Attention! criteria at the discretion of the organizers; it is prudent to contact us beforehand)

• Any vehicle for the people who accompany you

Methods of inscription

• Registration to the rally will be done on the gate only.
  It implies the acceptance of the rules of the demonstration (soon available)

Availability of the site

• From Friday July 27th from 3 p.m. to Monday July 30th at 10 a.m.

Lodging

• Free camp-site and motor homes on the site (possible electric connection, NO water)

• Many camp-sites, hotels and hosts rooms available in the area. To contact the Office of Tourism of Langres (03.25.87.67.67 or www.tourisme-langres.com, Website in French, English and German). Attention! the area is very touristic, book early.

Restauration

Refreshments included in the tarif of entry :

• Breakfast Saturday and Sunday

• Lunch Saturday noon

• Dinner Saturday evening

• 3 liters of mineral water per person

• Possibility of taking the other meals on site (grills, fried).

• Many restaurants in the area.

Wood will be sold on the site for barbecues.

Attention! the water at the fortress is not drinkable !

Access

• A plan of access is at your disposal here

• The route to the fort will be arrowed from the exit of the motorway in the north of Langres.

• It will be given to you a touristic map at the entry to enable you to visit the area alone.

• Participants : free

• Professionals: you will be asked to pay the entry price per person plus a price for your pitch

• Presidents meeting

• Little ride out (80 km go and back) to visit the personnal collection of military vehicules of M. de THOMASSON, President of the FIVA

• Return of the ride out in the begining of the afternoon

• 10 h : Closing of the site
